Processing Time All sets are handmade to order. Processing time is 3–7 business days depending on design complexity and order volume.

Shipping Time Orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days within the United States.

Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Wrong Address Disclaimer Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Kenzie’s Customs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages Kenzie’s Customs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by USPS. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.
