All press‑on nail sets are handmade and may vary slightly from photos. Colors may appear differently depending on screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Order Accuracy & Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizes. Kenzie’s Customs is not responsible for sizing errors made by the customer. We recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering.

Processing & Shipping

Processing time is 3–7 business days. Shipping time is 3–5 business days via USPS First Class. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or holidays.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed. If an error occurs on our end (wrong shape, length, or design), you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kenzie’s Customs is not responsible for packages marked as delivered. Customers must contact USPS for lost or stolen package claims.

Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
